I have enjoyed reading all the "Great Stuff" you are all doing. Monday I had the pleasure of attending the Leadership and Ethics Conference sponsored by Alvernia. It was well done and informative. The update written Monday about the Riverplace cracked me up ..well done . Way to go everyone.
Soon we will have the first quarter Real Estate Statistics. Bascially you will see when they are posted that we have done well in ReadingBerks compared to the rest. Although there was a decline in the number of units sold , our average sale price went up. As we all already know The Greater Reading Berks Area is a great place to live. More news soon and we will post the statistics as soon as I have them in detail.
